At the
beginning of our spiritual journey, we identify with these scenarios. The scenarios provide us
with the sense of a solid identity. The patterns of thoughts fixed in the
scenarios are manifested in various mind games during our daily life.

The Most Beautiful Tales of the Mind
One
of the main functions of the mind is creating stories. The majority of these
stories are about us, what we are, what we are doing, or what we should be
doing, and what will happen to us in the future. If we are spiritual seekers,
our minds will have stories about walking the spiritual path.
The effects of
these stories are very similar to that of tales. Since we deeply identify ourselves
with our minds, we believe these stories. So they soothe us and lull us into
beautiful spiritual dreams. Let's take a look at a few nice, comforting tales
of the mind and how to wake up from them.

The True Revolution of Our Time is the Revolution of Consciousness
This revolution is not launched in
order to rearrange the domain of forms and shapes, so as to replace old and
outdated forms and shapes with new, dynamic and vivid ones. This revolution is
able to take humanity beyond forms and shapes. The revolution of our time is
the revolution of the Consciousness.
Consciousness,
which has been sound asleep under the spell of identification with the forms
and shapes for thousands of years, is slowly waking up in our days. There is an
increasingly powerful alarming impulse, and the number of people sensitive to
the wake up call is getting bigger and bigger.

The Dark Side of the Positive Thinking
On a
bleak weekday of your spiritual Journey you arrive home, full of stress and frustration,
and open the mailbox. It is, as usual, full of advertisment brochures. You are
about to throw them all in the dustbin, but what you read on the cover of one
of them raises your attention. You read the following:
"Positive thinking makes you happy! Happy, because you can always look at yourself like you are looking at a miracle. Positive thinking is the magnet of happiness. If you think of something, you will start attracting it. If your thoughts are beautiful, you will attract beautiful things, whereas if you are looking at the world pessimistically, your whole life will be a tragedy. Change it, and you will be happy!""
Yes, that
is what is missing from your life: happiness! You read the rest of the text on

The Effortless Meditation
Meditation is a subtle, barely perceptible stream,
in which you will experience a radical shift of the center of gravity. The
manifestation, limited in time and space, thick and heavy, that you have
formerly regarded as yourself, changes into a weightless but ubiquitous point
without limits and dimensions. The massive creature, bound to the earth that
used to be you, is now free from its bonds and begins to soar.

to effortless Meditation

The Most Important Question of our Life
”Tell me, what
you think about me, what is your opinion about me?” we have asked other people
this question a number of times. We were, however, not interested in the
opinion of just anyone; we only wanted to know the opionion of others who have
been close to us: our family members, teachers and friends.
All through our
life, we have collected these opinions, we have been staring at the mirror. In
the view of what we see in the mirror, we make efforts to find an answer to the most important question of
our life: Who am I?

Enlightenment is not a Remote State of Consciousness
Our attention is always engaged by something, something that we need to deal with, so we very rarely take the trouble of looking into ourself. Still, if we were able to concentrate our attention on ourselves, that brief moment of alert Consciousness would be enough for us to recognize that the alert Consciousness, free of emotions and thoughts is our true inner nature. In the state of alert Consciousness thoughts will no longer keep our attention in captivity, and we may experience silence. In the alert silence we recognize the following truths:

24 Keys to Transcend the Ego
The Ego is the central figure of our personal history, based upon the past and
looking into the future. It is a dissatisfied, possessive small ego that often
makes our life a misery. It is for certain that this small ego–or, more
precisely, what we believe is our Self, our Ego–coiled up tightly in the back
of our mind, is responsible for a tremendous amount of senseless and
unnecessary suffering and destruction in the history of mankind.
On our
spiritual Journey arises the question, how we transcend the Ego?
Here are 24 Keys to transcend the Ego

The Living Presence
"There is something exceptional, unique, about the present event, which the previous, or the coming do not have. There is a livingness about it, an actuality; it stands out as if illuminated. There is the ‘stamp of reality’ on the actual, which the past and the future do not have." Nisargadatta Maharaj

4 Real Tips to Spiritual Awakening from Awakened Teachers
Three blind men are sitting around a table in a house where they were
guests. They are discussing whether the fruit the host offered to them was
grape, pear or peach. None of them has ever eaten or touched any of the three kinds of fruit. They have, however, read a lot about different fruit, and
from that they knew what experience other people had about them. Each of them
had a definite opinion about the issue. One of them said the fruit was grape,
the other insisted that it was pear, whereas the third one argued that it had
to be peach, and each of them believed that he and only he could be right. The fourth person present, the host who was not
blind, said that none of them was right; the fruit they tasted was apple.
